Robert is a Chicago native that moved to Arizona after attending Loyola University for law school in 1983. Kristin joins O’Connor & Dyet with over 9 years of experience in corrections and law enforcement defense, including the defense of civil claims under 42 U.S.C § 1983 and 3 years of experience working for forensic experts in biomechanical engineering and accident reconstruction.

Bill is a Minnesota native who’s spent his entire legal career in Phoenix, AZ.  He specializes in defense of commercial vehicle accidents and has been a member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association for over 20 years.  He also works with defending dram shop matters, premise liability accidents, , general tort cases, claims evaluation and negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, trials, and risk management review of company safety manuals and website content.

On August 5, the firm sponsored the “Back to School Backpacks” program which is part of the ministry of the Higher Praise Church. Firm members also volunteered at the event which provided backpacks and school supplies to 2500 underprivileged children.
