On August 5, the firm sponsored the “Back to School Backpacks” program which is part of the ministry of the Higher Praise Church. Firm members also volunteered at the event which provided backpacks and school supplies to 2500 underprivileged children.

Daniel J. O’Connor, Jr successfully defended the State of Arizona in a tort action brought by an employee of a private contractor providing health care at an Arizona prison in the Arizona Court of Appeals Division One.
