Our Professionals

Carmine DiPiero

I grew up in Michigan, graduating from Michigan State University in 2013 as a proud Spartan. In 2014, I entered the University of Illinois College of Law in Urbana-Champaign, Illinois. After graduating law school in 2017, I had to make a life decision to spend half the year shoveling snow in the Midwest or enjoying the sun in Arizona. As they say in Arizona, “you don’t shovel sunshine,” so the choice was easy for me.

I began my law career in Arizona practicing civil litigation, for both plaintiff and defense clients. I am thankful for the opportunity to work closely with clients, developing a relationship with them from the onset of a case through resolution. Helping clients with their legal issues is a very rewarding experience for me.

Outside of work, my wife Angie and I have a daughter, Meadow, who occupies most of our free time. When time permits, we enjoy hiking, camping, and spending time with our Golden Retrievers, Patrick and Dennis. Feeling blessed every day.

Areas of Practice:

Trial and appellate practice in personal injury and insurance litigation, including trucking and motor carrier liability, premises liability, and tort liability; governmental liability, including § 1983 claims and municipal liability; and commercial litigation, including contract litigation and partnership disputes.
