Laura Flores

Although I was born on the east coast, I was raised in Arizona. I grew up in Tucson, and I have called the Phoenix area home since attending Arizona State University. My husband and I love raising our children in Arizona.

My legal career spans more than 15 years, during which I have served in both in-house and litigation counsel roles for multiple Arizona state agencies. This extensive public sector experience has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the legal, operational, and practical challenges faced by government entities. Their public service is invaluable to the State, and the legal challenges they face are unique and often complicated to untangle. It is an honor to work with them on these issues. I am committed to strong advocacy and clear communication, consistently striving to deliver effective solutions for our clients.

Outside of my professional pursuits, I am actively involved in my community—volunteering at local PTA events, supporting my children’s sports and Girl Scout activities, and enjoying live music and travel with my family whenever possible.
