Over 17 years of experience in civil litigation and insurance defense litigation in both State and Federal Courts, including defense of 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claims, motor vehicle accidents, product liability, premises liability, wrongful death, dram shop, construction defect, subrogation and insurance coverage.
