Tiffiney Franks

I’m a true-blue Georgia peach, born and raised in Decatur, a cozy suburb of Atlanta. I got my undergrad degree from the University of West Georgia and then tackled law school at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. Georgia has always been my home base, except for that unforgettable three-month stint studying international law in Capetown, South Africa, in 2017. After that, I realized that while I'll always be a Georgia girl at heart, the world has so much more to offer.

Fast forward to Christmas 2023 – I decided to visit Arizona and fell head-over-heels for the stunning mountains and sunshine. When I saw that breathtaking Arizona sunset, I knew I’d found my new home. So here I am, soaking up the beauty of this amazing state with its super friendly people while doing what I love. I could not be more grateful and blessed!

When I’m not working, I’m all about traveling and exploring new places with my amazing husband, Quartez. We have epic family game nights with our blended family of six kids, ages 21 to 2. Trust me, there’s never a dull moment! I’m a HUGE football fan, always cheering for my Atlanta Falcons and Georgia Bulldogs (Go DAWGS!!). Come basketball season, I’m a bit of a wildcard. I love going back in time and watching the legends like Kobe Bryant and especially Michael Jordan, the GOAT himself. But I have a soft spot for the Boston Celtics, unless they’re playing the Hawks – then it’s game on!
